The hotel had a great location, close to everything in town and within walking distance to the neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi to the airport for me. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the pool area. Parking and transportation were easily accessible.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location and comfortable stay the hotel is situated in a convenient location close to all major attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful. the pool is well-maintained and offers a refreshing dip after a long day exploring. the rooms are clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which is a plus.
Small and dimly lit room the rooms are relatively small and dark, which can be a bit uncomfortable. the bathroom is quite cramped, and there is no iron available in the room.

Great location, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the property was well-maintained.
The hotel was hard to find, hidden down a narrow alleyway. It would be helpful if the hotel offered breakfast.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access everything. Directly opposite is a beautiful temple that is visually appealing. the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with complimentary coffee and tea, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. Guests can relax by the beautiful swimming pool, and the staff are friendly and discreet, not pushy when trying to sell tours or transportation.
I wished that the staff were a bit more helpful in problem-solving and at times reluctant.
